Check-in must be done online before arrival at the hotel. In case you do not check-in before your arrival, you can also check-in at the hotel, but before accessing the facilities.

The relationship between MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN and its clients is regulated by means of the adhesion to the PRE-RESERVATION OR ONLINE RESERVATION CONTRACT, as well as the ACCOMMODATION OR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT, whose terms and conditions are developed below.

The use by the clients of the services offered by MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, either at the moment of the on-line reservation or at the moment of the entrance at the reception of MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, will suppose the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity of each and every one of the Terms of Use of MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions that will be considered automatically incorporated in the contract signed with MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, without the need of their written transcription in the same - collected in the last updated version of these Terms and/or Conditions.

1.0: INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS and CONDITIONS of the on-line Pre-Reservation and Booking services (hereinafter, and indistinctly, the on-line Pre-Reservation and Booking services, or the services) of Zora Canarias S.L. with registered office at Paseo Tomás Morales, 119, 35004 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, constituted by public deed granted before the Notary Public of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria D. Vicente Rojas Mateos, on October 1988, and registered in the Mercantile Register of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on the day of October 1988. Vicente Rojas Mateos, on the 7th of October 1988, and registered in the Mercantile Register of Las Palmas, with registration number 22447, and C.I.F. B35200500 (hereinafter, MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, Tel. 653880259 The terms "You" and "User" are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities that for any reason access www.maresiacanteras.com or use the services.

The use of these services implies the full and unreserved acceptance and the validity of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions -which will be automatically considered incorporated in the contract signed with MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL without the need for their written transcription in the same- included in the last updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

2.0: USE OF ON-LINE PRE-BOOKING AND BOOKING SERVICES

2.1: Pre-Reservation and On-line Reservation Services.

The on-line Pre-Reservation services are informative, and their sole purpose is to offer the user the possibility of consulting room availability at the Hotel, as well as to formalise a reservation request.

The perfection of the reservation contract will take place after the reservation request by the guest once it is accepted by the establishment, MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL. THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION REQUEST WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED BY MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL AND WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETED ONCE THE CLIENT RECEIVES WITHIN 24H AN E-MAIL EXPRESSING THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS. ON COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT, THE CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN THE CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT WILL BE BINDING FOR BOTH PARTIES, HUÉSPED and MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL.

The user must verify the booking confirmation and notify MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL immediately, in writing, of any error.

The reservation request, by whatever means it is made, will require the provision of credit card details by the applicant, solely for the sole purpose of serving as a guarantee of the commitments made with the confirmed and perfected reservation, as well as the services provided by the accommodation and lodging. Prepaid or debit cards will not be accepted as a guarantee of the obligations acquired.

2.2: Confirmation procedure.

The purpose of the on-line booking services is to reserve a room at the MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL.

The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions -which will be considered automatically incorporated in the contract signed with MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, without the need of its written transcription in the same- included in the last updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

The confirmation document received by the guest when using the pre-reservation and on-line reservation services will express the date of entry, agreed period and the agreed price, complementary services together with the terms and stipulations of the contracted terms and conditions. This document is personal and non-transferable and may not be ceded to third parties for any reason whatsoever.

Minors under 18 years of age must stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorised by them. The Hotel staff may require the relevant documentation identifying the adults as their parents/guardians or authorised persons.

Prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated therein.

When there are justifiable reasons, MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice. These prices are available and published on the portal www.maresiacanteras.com, or intermediary portals and travel agencies.

The IGIC is applied to the prices, without prejudice to the application of additional taxes in accordance with the local regulations in force.

The aforementioned local taxes must be paid directly at the hostel. The prices shown at the time of booking include IGIC (or equivalent tax) according to the tax rate applicable at the time, with the exception of the tourist tax.

In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of booking and the date of delivery of the services, generating a disparity, according to tax regulations, the tax rate to be applied to the final price will be that applicable at the time of actual entry into the establishment, even in cases where this will result in an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the client during the booking.

The IGIC is applied to the prices, without prejudice to the application of additional taxes in accordance with the local regulations in force.

At the time of check-in, a security deposit must be paid in cash or by credit card by providing the credit card details. This deposit is a guarantee for the contracted services provided or any occasional expenses of the room, as well as the complementary services agreed with the guest.

Virtual Check-in will be allowed, which consists of providing the guest with the entry code to the establishment by electronic means, as well as the room code, the relevant information regarding the organisation and operation of the establishment, as well as the collection of the agreed rates for the agreed period.

Entry to the establishment by means of Virtual Check-in does not exonerate the guest from the obligation to check-in at the establishment in accordance with the Check-in rules and conditions.

In the event that the guest's physical entry is not verified despite having provided the data and information necessary to carry out the Virtual Check-in, the conditions foreseen for the cancellation of reservations and termination of contracts shall apply.

The user undertakes to use the pre-booking or online booking services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract. Consequently, you are obliged not to use the services for illicit purposes or effects and/or contrary to what is established in the present Terms and/or General Conditions of contracting, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which, in any way, may damage the services, MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL and/or its image.

MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL will be able, for greater agility and for the benefit of the users, to modify unilaterally, at any time and without previous warning, the services provided, or the Conditions of operation, techniques and use of the services. 2.4: Cancellation of the booking and termination of the contract.

The cancellation of reservations by the user will be subject to the type of rate contracted. In any case, MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, reserves the right not to apply the compensation for cancellation of reservation and termination of the contract, if there has been no cause attributable to the guest and this has kept the necessary diligence, in terms of prior information and accreditation of the reasons to the establishment, having been governed by the principle of good faith.

CONTRACT FOR BOARD AND LODGING

The terms and conditions of the ACCOMMODATION AND ACCOMMODATION services are available and freely accessible on the portal www.maresiacanteras.com. The access of the users or the use of these services of the portal www.maresiacanteras.com, will suppose the knowledge and the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity, of all and each one of the Terms and/or General Conditions, that will be considered automatically incorporated in the contract that is subscribed with MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, without being necessary its written transcription in the same - collected in the last updated version of these.

2. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES.

2.1. The contract of accommodation is

It is perfected with the request of room and entrance at the reception of the establishment, and the acceptance by MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL.

The services of lodging and accommodation can be arranged by pre-booking or online booking from the portal www.maresiacanteras.com, whose content and conditions are regulated in the terms and conditions of pre-booking or online booking.

The request for a pre-booked room requires the exhibition or identification of the proof of the same at the reception desk.

MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL is obliged, within its Hotell category, to provide accommodation in rooms with the same characteristics and requirements as those offered on the portal www.maresiacanteras.com to the clients with whom it arranges these services together with another series of complementary services, which must be expressly agreed, all in exchange for an economic consideration or hotel rates, which are fully available and freely accessible on the portal www.maresiacanteras.com.

The rooms are arranged according to space requirements, for two adults; or one adult and one minor in double rooms; or one adult in single rooms. It is forbidden to install additional beds, supplements or extras that alter the configuration of the original layout of the rooms without the express consent and acceptance of MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL.

It is expressly forbidden, for reasons of safety and hygiene, to SMOKE in the rooms, as well as the entry into the rooms with PETS or any type of similar animal.

In the event of non-compliance by the guest, the establishment reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract in advance, after settlement and satisfaction by the guest of the services provided for the duration of the accommodation.

2.2: Los precios o tarifas hoteleras

Ofertados comprenden la disponibilidad a favor del cliente de la habitación acordada para su uso exclusivo, de carácter temporal, por el tiempo concertado, sin ánimo de constituir el alojamiento su residencia habitual. El servicio de hospedaje comprende los servicios de limpieza y arreglo de la habitación, así como el cambio periódico de toallas y ropa de cama.

En el momento de entrada (Check-in), es preciso constituir un depósito de seguridad, en efectivo o mediante tarjeta suministrando los datos de la tarjeta de crédito. Dicho depósito lo es en garantía de los servicios contratados que se presten o cualquier gasto ocasional de la habitación, así como los servicios complementarios concertados con el huésped
El alojamiento durará el tiempo concertado previamente, bien por reserva on-line, bien expresamente en el establecimiento en el momento de aceptación y entrada del huésped.

Cualquier variación que suponga una extensión del tiempo de la estancia requerirá nuevo acuerdo expreso y sujeto a las exigencias de organización, funcionamiento y disponibilidad de las habitaciones por parte del establecimiento.

Cualquier otro servicio no integrado en los servicios de alojamiento deberá ser concertado expresamente y conforme a las tarifas informadas y publicadas. Dichos servicios se extenderán únicamente a los ofertados por MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL como son los servicios de planchado de ropa, lavandería de ropa y desayuno, que deberán ser concertados expresamente y sujeto a sus tarifas específicas, que se encuentran plenamente disponibles y de libre acceso en el portal www.maresiacanteras.com.

Meal services are expressly excluded, with the exception of the breakfast services specified above, which will be served in the cafeteria-bar of the establishment.

The day of departure from the hostel or Check-out, will take place until 11:00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure, at which time the guest must leave the room, and will proceed to the settlement and payment of the accommodation services provided and the rest of the complementary services agreed during the period of stay.

3. SERVICES AND REGIME.

Guests must abide by the rules and schedules of operation and administration of the establishment, consisting of:

a) The guest has the right, apart from the exclusive use of the contracted room, to use the facilities provided by MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL within the established timetable.

b) Reception services and other complementary services offered by MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL will be provided at the client's request, always within the established timetable.

c) The breakfast service is not included in the accommodation service and must be contracted in a complementary way, either with the reservation request or expressly at reception. In any case, the day before the request for breakfast service that may be of interest to the guest must be informed.
MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL does not provide catering or food services.

d) The guest has the obligation to adopt a dignified behaviour that must be observed during their stay, as well as making good use of the facilities and not abusing their faculties, all in accordance with what good faith requires.
Guests must refrain from any conduct that alters the normal coexistence, health or safety of the other guests, as well as the facilities of the establishment, or that alter the organisation and normal operation of the establishment.

e) For reasons of safety and hygiene, it is expressly forbidden to SMOKE in the rooms, as well as the entry into the rooms with PETS or any type of similar animal.

f) The rooms have sufficient information permanently available, by means of leaflets and information letters, regarding the opening hours of the establishment's services, rules of conduct with regard to the security of the guest's luggage and belongings, as well as the establishment.

In the event of non-compliance with any of these by the guest, the establishment reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract in advance, after settlement and satisfaction by the guest of the services provided for the duration of the accommodation.

4. CUSTODY AND DEPOSIT

All the rooms offered have a unique and exclusive key-card for each guest. Each room also has a safety deposit box where the guest must keep and protect valuables, jewellery, money, documents and personal belongings. The non-adoption by the guest of the security measures, care and surveillance of these effects, as well as the absence of previous information to the establishment, exonerates MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL of all responsibility with respect to the deterioration, loss or theft of the same.

The deposit and custody of the guest's effects will only take place when the guest hands over the objects to the owner of the establishment, MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, so that they can be kept in the hotel's cash desk; or when it is expressly requested that they be kept for some time in a place other than the room itself.

The common areas of the establishment considered as public places have a permanent recording system 24 hours a day that will be available to MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL in order to preserve the maintenance of security within the establishment and subject in any case to the regulations foreseen for data protection.

MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF THE SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO THE USER, SO IT EXCLUDES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES AND/OR PREJUDICES THAT COULD BE DUE TO THE LACK OF AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY OR CONTINUITY OF ITS WEB PAGE OR ITS SERVICES, ALTHOUGH IT WILL TRY TO FACILITATE, AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, TECHNICAL HELP TO THE AFFECTED PERSON, AS WELL AS TO TRY TO RE-ESTABLISH IMMEDIATELY THE INTERRUPTION, PUTTING AT HIS DISPOSAL, AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, ALTERNATIVE MEANS.

2. MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL IS NOT OBLIGED TO CONTROL AND DOES NOT CONTROL IN ADVANCE, THE ABSENCE OF VIRUSES OR ELEMENTS IN THE CONTENTS, WHICH MAY CAUSE ALTERATIONS IN THE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OF USERS OR PERSONS VISITING THE PAGES, AND THEREFORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THEM.

3 IF MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL, IN SPITE OF ACTING WITH DUE FORESIGHT AND DILIGENCE, COULD NOT PROVIDE THE ROOMS CONTRACTED FOR REASONS THAT ARE NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THEM AND IF IT WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES IN THE AGREED CONDITIONS, MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL WILL OFFER THE USER THE POSSIBILITY OF OPTING FOR THE TOTAL REFUND OF WHAT HAS BEEN PAID OR FOR ITS SUBSTITUTION BY ANOTHER OF SIMILAR CHARACTERISTICS IN TERMS OF CATEGORY OR QUALITY. IF THE SUBSTITUTION OF THE SERVICE IS OF INFERIOR CATEGORY OR QUALITY, MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL WILL REIMBURSE THE DIFFERENCE.

4.SAFEGUARDING OF THE TERMS AND/OR GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS. If one of the stipulations of the present Terms and/or General Conditions of contracting is declared null and void or inoperative, the rest of the Terms or General Conditions will be maintained in the agreed Terms.

MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL undertakes to replace the stipulation affected by the nullity as close as possible to the original intention of the parties.

NO STIPULATION IN THIS CONTRACT WILL AFFECT IN ANY WAY THE IMPERATIVE DISPOSITIONS IN THE MATTER OF CONSUMERS. IF YOU ARE NOT A CONSUMER, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The user is aware that the use of the services of the Pre-Reservation and On-line Reservation services, as well as the contracted accommodation services, implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each of the clauses of the Rules of Use of www.maresiacanteras.com, in the version published by MARESIA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL at the moment the user contracts the service. These rules of use complete the present General Terms and Conditions in all that they do not oppose.

Therefore, the user must be aware of the importance of consulting the rules of this page before accessing and/or using these services.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish Law. MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL and the users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise, with respect to its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, total or partial, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that, where appropriate, may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas. This contract constitutes the complete and integral expression of the agreement between MARESÍA CANTERAS URBAN HOTEL and the user, and replaces all previous pacts, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that have previously existed between them.

In all cases, any dispute arising from the provision of services at the hostel where the client is staying will be submitted to the consumer courts.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible - 2 days

The client can cancel the booking free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival, and will have to pay the price of the booking from 2 days before the date of arrival.

Non-refundable

The client will have to pay the total price of the booking in advance.
